የዝነኛው አርቲስት ቴዎድሮስ ምትኩ (ቴዲ) የቀብር ሥነ-ስርዓት የፊታችን ቅዳሜ በሜሪላንድ ይፈጸማል

(ዘ-ሐበሻ) ከቀናት በፊት ከዚህ ዓለም በሞት የተለየው ታዋቂው የሙዚቃ ሰው ቴዎድሮስ ምትኩ (ቴዲ) የቀብር ስነሥርዓት የፊታችን ቅዳሜ በሜሪላንድ እንደሚፈጸም ቤተስቦቹ ለዘ-ሐበሻ ድረ ገጽ ገለጹ።

ኖቬምበር 11 ቀን 1955 ዓ.ም በአዲስ አበባ የተወለደው ይኸው ታዋቂ የሳክስፎን ሙዚቃ ባለሙያ ህይወቱ ያለፈችው ባለፈው  ቅዳሜ  ዲሴምበር 22 ቀን 2013 በዋሽንግተን ዲሲ መሆኑን ዘ-ሐበሻ ከቀናት በፊት መዘገቧ ይታወሳል።

በሕዝብ ዘንድ እንደተወደደ የኖረው ቴዲ የፊታችን ቅዳሜ  ጸሎተ ፍትሃቱ እና የቀብር ስነ ሥርዓቱ በሜሪላንድ ስለሚፈጸም አድናቂዎቹ በብዛት ወጥተው እንዲሸኙት ቤተሰቦቹ ጥሪያቸውን አቅርበዋል።

የጸሎትና ፍትሃቱ የሚደረገው ቅዳሜ ከጠዋቱ 9:30 በር ዕሰ አድባራት ደብረሰላም ቅድስት ማርያም ቤ/ክ ሲሆን አድራሻውም የሚከተለው ነው።

The procession of Teddy Mitiku’s casket (carried by six Ethiopian Artists) and family into the church will take place from the entrance on Buchanan Street.

The Procession will start from the intersection of 16 Street and Buchanan Street, the Procession will turn right onto 16th St
The Procession enters next roundabout and take the 3rd exit onto 16th St/MD-390 N (Crossing into Maryland)
The Procession then turn right onto Georgia Ave and arrives its destination at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery on the right.
Attention: Maryland and the District of Columbia law require that all drivers who participate in a procession must turn both their headlight and hazard lights
1:30 P.M.
Once Teddy Mitiku’s casket arrives at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, burial ceremony begins.
After we finally lay to rest Teddy Mituku, Funereal Reception takes place at The Blair Apartment -East (next to Giant) 1220 East-west Hwy, Room # 119 (Hospitality Suite), Silver Spring, MD 20910
